How do I verify my account?

After registering, we send a verification link to your email address. Simply click that link to activate your account. If you don't see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

How long does it take for my post to be approved?

We review every post manually to ensure safety. Typically, posts are approved within 15 minutes to a few hours during daytime.

How do I get my service verified badge?

Please contact admin via the dashboard and we will send you instructions. Verification is free.

What does the 'Verified Service' check mark mean?

A Verified check means we've personally contacted and vetted this provider. We call, meet, or even use their service to confirm they’re a real, local professional you can trust.

Why can I only post 10 services or events?

This is a temporary restriction while we test our website's capacity and optimize for speed. It also helps us prevent spam. As we grow, verified registered accounts will be able to post more in the future.

Why can I only add 1 like under each service?

This limit helps us maintain a fair and authentic community by preventing spam and fake engagement. It is a key part of our system to ensure all feedback is genuine.

Can I edit my service or event listing later?

Yes! You can log in to your Dashboard, find your listing, and click the "Edit" button to update the description, price, or photo.

What areas do you cover?

We primarily serve Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rigby, Rexburg, and immediate surrounding towns in East Idaho.

How do I report a suspicious listing?

If you encounter a listing that seems fraudulent or violates our rules, please use the "Contact Admin" form in your Dashboard to report it immediately.

What are the image requirements?

Images should be relevant to your service. The maximum file size allowed is 5MB. We support standard image formats like JPG and PNG.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Login" and then "Forgot?" on the login page. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

How can I contact the site admin?

Once logged in, go to your Dashboard. In the sidebar, you will find a "Contact Admin" button where you can send a direct message.
